Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Monthly monitoring of the Business Plan development for all projects;
- Managing financing needs/capital calls, acting as the point of contact with the Project Management team;
- Preparing monthly financial reports (FIG report and others);
- Preparing bi-monthly presentations for the fund, providing updates on the status of all projects;
- Supporting and supervising the administrative and finance team;
- Systematisation and analysis of financial data using Power BI;
- Contract management and oversight;
- Providing full financial support to all SPVs integrated into Asset Management in Vilamoura.
Role Requirements
- Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field;
- Previous experience in similar roles (preferred);
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Proactive, organised, and results-oriented mindset.
