DescriçãoA reportar ao Manager do departamento, este/a Marketing & Business Development Specialist terá como principais responsabilidades:Apoio na elaboração de propostas, apresentações e outros materiais de desenvolvimento de negócio; Apoio na preparação de reuniões de apresentação serviços/propostas, incluindo o fornecimento de insight úteis (cliente/setor/mercado) potenciando o sucesso das mesmas; Suporte ao processo de submissão de Diretórios e Prémios, apoiando as áreas de prática na sua elaboração e revisão, assim como suporte em períodos de pesquisa; Apoiar em pesquisas de mercado, nomeadamente na recolha e análise de informação de clientes, setorial e do mercado em geral, no sentido de apoiar na identificação de novas oportunidades de negócio; Apoiar na criação de relatórios de desempenho e análises de KPIs; Manter e atualizar basesde dados, nomeadamente pipeline de propostas e track record de operações, através da recolha, gestão e divulgação da informação obtida; Interação com as Direções de Knowledge Management e Comunicação, assegurando a atualização de materiais e conteúdos e divulgação dos mesmos pela Sociedade.Perfil idealEnquanto Marketing & Business Development Specialist terá de ser/ter:Experiência comprovada na função ou em funções similares; Experiência em Sociedades de Advogados (fator preferencial, não eliminatório); Formação académica relevante para a função, nomeadamente, Gestão, Marketing, entre outros; Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal; Capacidade de interagir com qualquer tipo de público, demonstransdo valências de influência e persuasão; Proatividade, dinamismo e criatividade; Rápida adaptação a novassituações e iniciativa para resolver problemas e identificar oportunidades; Planeamento, autonomia efortes competências analíticas; Excelente atenção ao detalhe; Rigor e brio profissional; Domínio da língua inglesa (falado e escrito).#J-18808-Ljbffr
