We are seeking a results-driven Display Advertising Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic product advertising initiatives.
This role will leverage expertise in platforms like Criteo, RTB House, DV360 (Display & Video 360), and AdRoll to design, execute, and optimize data-driven display campaigns.
The ideal candidate will specialize in dynamic product catalog marketing, using real-time data to deliver personalized ad experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals, analyze performance metrics, and innovate strategies to maximize ROI.
What you will be doing:Campaign Management:Design, launch, and optimize display advertising campaigns across Criteo, RTB House, DV360 and other DSPs.Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.Dynamic Product Ads (DPA):Manage and refine dynamic product catalogs to ensure accurate, real-time synchronization with inventory and customer behavior.Be in charge of our display marketing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to generate and manage the diverse feeds necessary for the DPA.Create personalized ad experiences using product feeds, segmentation, and audience targeting.Platform Expertise:Serve as the subject-matter expert for Criteo, RTB House, DV360, staying updated on platform updates and best practices.Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, or integration issues (Tag Manager, pixel implementation, match rate).Performance Analysis & Reporting:Monitor KPIs (impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and platform dashboards.Generate actionable insights and present recommendations to key team and stakeholders.Budget Management:Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms to meet ROI targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with acquisition, creative, product, and sales teams to align ad messaging with brand guidelines and promotions.Work with developers to ensure seamless catalog feed integration and data accuracy.Industry Innovation:Stay ahead of trends in programmatic advertising, AI-driven bidding, and dynamic creative optimization.What we are looking for:Qualifications: 4+ years in performance marketing with a focus on display advertising.Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Criteo, RTB House, Google Display Networks, Microsoft Display Networks, Google Display & Video 360 or AdRoll.Proven success in dynamic product catalog management and product feed operation for display advertising.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio and BI tools.Excellent communication and project management abilities.Strong growth-oriented & self-starter mindset.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce and recruiting industry.Knowledge of additional platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).Good familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for ad creative troubleshooting.Good knowledge of attribution models.Certifications in Google DV360, Google Ads, Criteo.What we offer:We offer hybrid work (up to 90% remote).25 days of annual vacation leave plus 5 days of fully paid sick leave.Fringe benefits: meal allowance, work-from-home allowance, gym allowance, private health insurance plan for yourself and 2 children.Tech training and human skills training, and budget for conferences after 1 year.Travel and collaborate in our various office locations for workshops or team-building events.A dynamic work environment that highly fosters a sense of fun while maintaining a productive atmosphere.Our Hiring Process:Screening: After submitting your application, you'll answer a test to assess your key knowledge ~45 min.Project & company intro: ~30 min.Conversation with the hiring manager: ~1h.Case study preparation: at your own pace.Case study presentation, Meet the Team: ~1h.About the company:As Switzerland's leading digital hub, with almost 80% of all Swiss consumer internet traffic passing across our websites and apps, we provide our media and platforms with enabling technology solutions, to drive their businesses.
