What you will do in this role Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiriesProvide account and application support to viewers namely with regard to software functionalityProvide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settingsProvide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiriesContribute to creating brand engagement for our ClientYour qualifications Have a high level of French (C2) and fluent in English (B2)Are passionate about the entertainment and media industryDemonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spiritAre familiar with digital streaming services and devicesHave a positive and can-do attitudeIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
