.Our client in the iGaming industry constantly growing and they are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join their Team in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsibilities : Reinforce and drive the evolution of current and future brands positioning on a Global scale. Be external and internal promoter of innovative marketing ideas and products. Create and implement market strategies for new products and features. Develop a long term growth strategy, including consistent performance analysis and contingency planningLead market research and ROI analysis, defining challenges and opportunities. Collaborate closely across executive level engineering, design and operation to deliver a fully unified productapproach and deliverance. Own and efficiently allocate the budget and acquisition planning. Control the spend and optimize blend of channels to hit growth targets in a resourceful manner. Work with the leadership team to develop and implement a highlevel. Marketing strategy and goals/targets thatdrive profit and complement business objectives. Set the overall Global Marketing Strategy to keep being ahead of competitors. Develop/review/refine Marketing strategies for each of Product and brand including product positioning, pillars,campaign roadmaps and media/channel mix with a view to increasing ROI. Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition growth and costs. Develop marketing execution plans and deliver on acquisition targets within time and budget. Ensure the Brand awareness and promotion through effective marketing strategies including new products,launches, top industry events, and promotions. Audit existing content and develop new Corporate Brand strategy and attributes. Analyze current CRM processes, optimize and plan related activities. Manage CRM effectively (retention, reactivation, cross selling, VIP management), control of the CHURN and bonuscosts. Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build "Customers" and "Partners" loyalty programs, brand awareness, and increase their satisfactionPlan and manages the design, content, and production of all marketing materials. Requirements : 35 years+ of experience working at a senior level within the online gaming business is a must. Experience of managing a significant P&L essential. Performance Marketing background in gaming industry is an advantage. Experience of brand strategy and marketing campaigns, including communications. Technical understanding of tracking and reporting systems. Technical understanding of tracking and reporting systems. Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Growth focused; goal oriented individualAble and willing to lead from the front, getting "hands on" as required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. A diplomatic and professional approach, able to gather and share information in an energetic and inclusivemanner, while dealing effectively with challenging situations
