What You'll Be Doing: Supporting Dutch-speaking clients: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, delivering timely, professional, and efficient assistance.Troubleshooting and resolving client issues: Address client challenges with clear, friendly, and effective solutions.Collaborating with internal teams: Work alongside various departments to resolve complex issues and ensure clients receive exceptional service.Sharing valuable insights: Provide feedback from client interactions to help improve services, processes, and client satisfaction.Exceeding client expectations: Strive to deliver an outstanding client experience that ensures each interaction is positive and memorable.
What We're Looking For: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken): As you will be interacting directly with Dutch-speaking clients, fluency is essential.Client-oriented mindset: A passion for helping clients and ensuring their needs are met with excellent service.Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with warmth, both written and verbally.Problem-solving skills: Quick to identify challenges and offer effective, creative solutions to clients.Previous client service experience (preferred but not required): Experience in customer or client service is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.Comfortable with flexible work arrangements: Whether remote, hybrid, or onsite in Lisbon, you thrive in a flexible, independent work environment.Tech-savvy: Comfortable using customer service tools and open to learning new software and platforms.
