The HR team in the group is composed of almost 40 talented HR professionals. We are looking for a Global HR systems officer to join the HR team and support the entire Group. The Euronext Human Resources team closely supports the Euronext strategic plan, "Growth for Impact 2024" with the ambition to support the development of each Euronext employee by strengthening our diverse and multicultural teams and finding the right balance between strong performance focus, close client connectivity, positive climate impact, and innovation. In the context of strong growth and recent integrations, the HR team plays a key role in designing, deploying, and running HR practices, projects, and tools applicable across locations together with coordinating the Change Management for all stakeholders. The Global HR systems officer is responsible for supporting all local HR and stakeholders across businesses, proactively delivering HR system projects, and identifying opportunities for the improvement of Euronext HR systems. Acting on full Euronext scope across all businesses and countries and on all HR processes, reporting to the Head of Group HR Information System and being part of the Global HR Integration and Operation team. You will join a diverse, international, and agile team in charge of HR systems, projects, and M&A at the group level.
