Role DescriptionThe Growth Manager at Bliss Applications will be responsible for fostering ambitious goals in terms of market revenue and value, ensuring company's growth by connecting various Service Areas (Web Frontend, Mobile, Server, Process Optimization, Design UI, Product Research, Product Strategy & Vision, Product Life Cycle Development) with the Commercial Department (Sales, Client Accounts, Marketing). This role involves supporting all areas in communicating and selling their services, creating necessary assets for business development, client communication, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Service Area Leads. The manager will track KPIs like lead generation, communication impact, revenue growth, and service area expansion, aligning with the company's strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Ideally, your profile looks somewhat like this:Leadership and strategic planning for market analysis, sourcing, and implementation;Ability to manage revenue expectations;Developing and executing sales strategies and sales plan metrics;Contract management and review of major deliverables;Understanding of financial analysis and cost accounting;Expertise in marketing and sales, on information technology;Proficiency in product development, quality systems, and economic concepts;Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for detailed information conveyance;Analytical skills for projecting and interpreting program results;Experience in CRM systems, including capturing customer contacts, leads, opportunities and activities;English speaking and preferably Portuguese also.WhereLisboa/Porto/Hybrid
