In your-- day:- You will provide assistance to clients and solve- You will manage the maintenance of Master Data Management- You will ensure that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely- You will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc. )Who are we looking for? You're the person we're looking for if:- You have previous experience in Customer Service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) -- You have a native or C2 level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English- You have basic knowledge of SAP/ERP- You're able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with- You have at least a High School Diploma- You are proactive,- oriented and focus to answer our clients' needsWhat do we offer?
