Back Office Specialist with a Native Level of Dutch or English Porto Back Office Specialist with a Native Level of Dutch or English Porto Porto, Porto, Portugal Where will you work?Our client is one of the biggest multinationals in Porto.What will you do?In your-- day:- You'll provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business- You'll guide the customers through the webshop- You'll be ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained- You'll be transferring queries to the corresponding department is part of your roleWho are we looking for?You're the person we're looking for if:- You have an University level degree or similar- You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, commercial or related roles (will be valued at previous experience in Shared Services Centre)- You have a fluent level of English- You're proficient in relevant computer applications, such as MS Office- You have a good excel knowledge- You have experience in SAP (SD module, preferably)- You have strong communication skills, written, and spoken- You're a team player- You're proactive, determined and have strong interpersonal skills- You're able to adapt fastWhat do we offer?We're offering:- Contract with the company- Competitive salary- Possibilities for professional growth within the company- Opportunity to join an expanding company- Work only from Monday to Friday- Food allowance and health insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
