QUADRANTE is recruiting a Senior Data Consultant to join its Digital Business Unit , where you will play a key role in defining and implementing data-driven strategies to drive digital transformation and business growth.
About the role: As the Senior Data Consultant , you will be the driving force behind a team of data strategy and data science consulting services.
Your role will blend business development with service delivery, offering a unique opportunity to shape data-driven strategies for our clients while mentoring and supervising junior team members.
You will engage directly with clients, understanding their unique challenges and designing tailored solutions that leverage advanced analytics, data science, and strategic insights.
You'll also collaborate closely with our Solutions Delivery team to integrate bespoke services into comprehensive digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.
Develop proposals, pitch services, and contribute to sales strategy and growth.
Data Science Service Delivery: Lead and oversee the execution of data strategy and data science projects.
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior data consultants and analysts.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful insights that meet client expectations.
Strategic Consulting: Work with clients to understand their business objectives and design tailored data-driven strategies.
Provide thought leadership in data analytics, offering innovative solutions to complex problems.
What We're Looking For: Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in consulting, in projects involving data strategy, or analytics, with a focus on client-facing service delivery.
Experience in business development , including proposal development, sales pitches, and client relationship management.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in data analytics , data science , and business intelligence tools Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies.
Leadership & Management: Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members .
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Experience working across industries, with a strategic and consultative approach.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside technical and business teams.
