About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data management efforts in Lisbon. As a Senior Data Management Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and orchestration of complex data workflows using Airflow and Python, ensuring scalability and optimization of data processes across projects. Your expertise in SQL development for large-scale data extraction, transformation, and manipulation will ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency in data processing for critical business insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain data workflows.
  • Providing technical guidance and oversight to junior team members.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years' experience as a Data Management Consultant, with expertise in implementing and orchestrating data processes using Airflow and Python. You should also have proven experience in team management and analytical mindset, with the ability to make decisions, interact with clients, and manage expectations based on data.
