Our exceptional team ceaselessly challenges the limits of our achievements.About the roleBounce is hiring a Financial Analyst. As a Financial Analyst, you will be a core member of our Finance team, driving continuous business alignment to Bounce in our different departments. You will be responsible for our forecasting, business reviews, and annual planning.Where you come inIn this role, you can expect to own the following areas:Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, own and maintain financial budget models and operating models that directly support our operating teams.Collaboration with Functional Leaders: Act as a key business partner to our leadership teams.Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews: Lead regular evaluations of business performance, providing critical insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.Goal Setting: Develop and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Variance Analysis: Prepare and present regular financial analysis, identifying key drivers of variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.Month-End Reporting: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including managerial reporting and analysis.Your profileBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field+3 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or accountingExperience with Business Intelligence reporting, CRM and ERP systemsDrive and a track record of going above-and-beyond expectationsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountabilityExcellent presentation and communication skillsCuriosity and willingness to work on a wide range of projectsProficiency in spreadsheets and financial modelingUnderstanding of core accounting principlesProfessional written and spoken EnglishAbout Working at BounceAt Bounce, we're dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment regardless of gender identity, orientation, or expression.
