Job scope:The CRM lead will set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients. In this role, You will own the entire CRM function for Mano - all the channels (email, push, SMS, etc) + segmentation+ data analysis and work with an expert growth marketing team bases across MEA. You will coordinate with our Sales and Marketing directors to boost our company's market presence and increase customer engagement. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems, Marketing automation, customer life cycle stages, and KPI metrics. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns. Ultimately, we want you to increase revenues and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company.Job duties:Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systemsEnsure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnelDevelop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customersSet specific life cycle marketing strategies to retain customersPlan, manage, and measure multi-channel marketing campaignsSuggest new methods to address customers' needsTrack marketing metrics and trends, like click through rate and conversion ratesAssist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customersReview and select CRM software that meets our company's needsConduct market research to follow trends and competitionProven work experience in a marketing related roleSolid background in customer acquisition or customer life cycle strategiesTechnical expertise with CRM and analytical systemsKnowledge of online marketing methods and best practicesAn ability to manage marketing projects end-to-endStrong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitudeStrong analytical skillsExperience in e-commerce or mobile apps is a big plusBSc in Marketing or relevant field#J-18808-Ljbffr
