Responsabilidades -Ser proprietário e arquiteto de processos de negócio "to be" para o domínio do processo Order to Cash. Isto inclui a arquitetura estratégica do processo, avaliação de impacto, aprovação e gestão de mudanças organizacionais, processuais e de sistema. -Contacto com stakeholders dos países e SSC para garantir a satisfação em relação aos processos geridos; -Garantir um design de processo apropriado numa abordagem de melhoria contínua (fluxo, KPIs, regras de negócio). -Conduzir a harmonização entre países, definição de processos-alvo, design e contribuir para a implementação de projetos que aumentem continuamente a maturidade do processo ex design de soluções, definição de CoA, controlos internos. -Assegurar a manutenção da documentação associada e promover o compartilhamento de conhecimento. -Procurar constantemente evoluir as práticas atuais em linha com as mudanças da indústria, tecnologia ou mercado, alinhando-se com a estratégia geral de negócio. -Construir o roadmap para a melhoria do processo O2C (projetos funcionais, projetos de TI, formação). -Gerir soluções O2C (design, análise de lacunas, gestão de mudanças, implementação, configuração de pilotos, planos de teste, implementação e operação). -Coordenar e preparar elementos para arbitragens. -Garantir a implementação de KPIs, métricas e relatórios apropriados para medir o sucesso da função em todas as organizações. Requisitos -3 anos de experiência em funções similares; -Experiência em finanças/contabilidade; -Excel e PowerPoint avançados; -Conhecimentos de SAP; -Inglês avançado (obrigatório).
