PRINCIPAIS FUNÇÕES – HEAD OF INVESTMENTS O Head of Investments integra o TOP Management da PLACER e será responsável pela gestão de equipas de Investment Managers e Investment Analysts.
A PLACER participa ativamente no investimento em múltiplos projetos de imobiliário comercial, em modelos de Development, Value Add e Rendimento, em estreita colaboração com a equipa de Scouting e Acquisitions , incluindo o Head of Acquisitions, Acquistions Managers e Scouters.
O Head of Investments tem a oportunidade de desempenhar um papel de elevada autonomia e responsabilidade na gestão de um pipeline muito ativo de operações, tendo acesso às práticas e ferramentas mais evoluídas no mercado.
Algumas das principais responsabilidades do Head of Investments , incluem: Gestão da relação com Investidores; Angariação de Investimento; Gestão da relação com Bancos e obtenção de financiamento; Aprovação de Análises de Investimento; Acompanhamento do pipeline de investimento com equipa de Acquisitions ; Definição de estratégia de prospeção e investimento; Definição de estratégia de produto e desenvolvimento; Definição de estratégia fiscal e exit ; Supervisão de toda a fase de Closing , com o objetivo de assegurar todos os aspetos legais e técnicos; Supervisão de toda a fase de Development ; Supervisão de toda a fase de Comercialização e Exit ; Supervisão da fase de Asset Management. Alguns dos principais desafios do Head of Investments para os próximos 5 anos incluem:
Crescer a equipa de Analysts e Investment Managers de 2 para 12 pessoas; Crescimento do volume de aquisições anual de 5M€ para 40M€; Aceleração do processo de diversificação dos investimentos para os sectores Residencial ( Build to Rent ), Hotelaria, Escritórios, Equipamentos, Logística e Indústria; Constituição de Fundo Imobiliário, incluindo a criação de Sociedade Gestora; Formação de pessoas e desenvolvimento da cultura empresarial; Implementação de ferramentas e inovação de novos processos. EXPERIÊNCIA E ÁREAS DE FORMAÇÃO Procuramos pessoas que possuam as seguintes características:
Forte aptidão e experiência em investimentos imobiliários; Experiência entre 10 e 20 anos, numa das seguintes áreas: consultoria em Big4; Promoção Imobiliária, Investimento Imobiliário, Expansão de Retalhistas, ou Construção e Gestão de Projeto; Formação superior em Gestão, Economia, Finanças, Gestão Imobiliária, Engenharia Civil, Arquitetura ou similares. Perfil Ambicioso, de Líderança e Deal-Maker; Capacidade de tomada de decisões; Capacidade de negociação, persuasão e " interpersonal skills "; Profundo conhecimento do mercado imobiliário e paixão pelas áreas de urbanismo, Arquitetura e Construção Civil. Contrato de trabalho sem termo; Vencimento bruto anual inicial entre 100.000€ a 140.000€, remuneração variável incluída; Opção de retribuição alternativa incluindo Automóvel e outros benefícios; Programa de integração como Partner; iPhone com tarifário ilimitado; Seguro de saúde Médis.
