Alts Digital is a profitable fast-growing company, 100% remote, that specializes in acquiring new customers for top companies within the iGaming, Financial Services, and Crypto sectors.We are looking for a Head of Product - you will inspire, lead, and grow an organization of talented professionals who build and bring our products to life. You'll bring your expertise in product strategy, product design, operational leadership, and proven people development skills to bear on strategic decisions about our product strategy and execution.You will ensure that we are creating a consistently great end-to-end experience for users who rely on our sites to help them make decisions.This new role is highly collaborative, cross-functionally, hands-on, and works closely with the C-suite.About You:Entrepreneurial. You're obsessed with innovating a product in the 0 to 1 phase to delight customers.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment where you have to make judgment calls without a lot of existing process or infrastructure and create much of that yourselfDeep user empathy. You work to deeply understand our customers & workers and envision simple, elegant product solutions to serve their needs.Analytical thinking combined with product instinct. You assimilate data and a strong product sense to drive better decision-making, and spend as much time thinking about "why" as you do "how."Leader. You inspire and motivate your team to deliver a magical experience for users and compress timelines to keep your team iterating & improving at warp speed.Exceptional communicator. You communicate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to keep teams aligned and in sync, and with external partners to maximize the value of our services.You will:Product Strategy and Vision : Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy.Product Roadmap Ownership: Develop and own our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and resource constraints, while staying responsive to evolving user needs.Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and nurture a dynamic product team.Experiment-Driven Decision-Making: hypotheses and experiment-driven product management, making sure decisions are based on data, gut feeling/ user feedback, while ensuring alignment among stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, including engineering, operations, community, and marketing, to prioritize and plan product development efforts.Community Engagement: Foster open product development by collaborating with product champions across the organization and community, gathering insights into user needs and pain points.Skills And Experience You Will Bring:Experience in Product Led Companies5+ years experience in Product Management or adjacent roles (could include engineering, strategy, system architecture, etc) with an emphasis on entrepreneurial and PLG (product-led growth) companies2+ years experience in leadership rolesExperience with product exploration and go to market, product design, product planning and developmentExperience taking a product from 0 to global scaleExperience in a hyper-growth startup environment preferredBenefits You'll Receive:100% remote startup environment with all its ups and downs.
