As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the administration and organization of a diverse range of internal projects, from organising day to day activities to more complex plans. In close collaboration with the Managing Director and Genii Distribution Programme Manager, you will play a key role in developing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling budget or spend queries.

YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY
The primary responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are to ensure all projects are fully documented and sign-off from the project owner, within budget and meeting high quality standards. Sponsored by Iptor MD.
Collaborate with internal departments/regions to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information. Support the project owner to break down projects into manageable tasks / actions and establish timeframes. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist in schedule management. Monitor project progress/budget and proactively address any arising issues. Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating project status to all participants. Ensure that Iptor's needs are met as the project(s) evolve (2024 initiatives). Analyze risks and opportunities associated with projects. Collaborate with the MD and Strategic program manager to identify and eliminate any blockers. YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE
To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:
Experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role. Demonstrated experience in project management, overseeing projects from conception to delivery. Proficient in preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, and Planner). Hands-on expertise with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello). Project management professional (PMP or Prince2) certification is a plus. And if those talents are combined with the right personality skills, we can't wait to have you on board:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments with different teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize without compromising the established standards. Strong planning and coordination skills for effective project management. Ability to evaluate and manage risks while demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
