Our ClientFoot Locker has a solid position in the sportswear industry with a global presence in 28 countries and almost 2.000 stores worldwide. It was founded in 1988 in the United States and is present in America, Europe, Asia and Middle East regions.
What you'll doAs a Customer Service for Foot Locker, you'll provide a customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer;Guarantee a positive relationship with the brand;Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts;Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock availability.What you'll needAs a Customer Service for Foot Locker, you'll need familiarity with online advertising products and social media (preferential);Basic computer skills;+1 year working in a customer support related role (preferential);Native French speaker and minimum B2 English level required;Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening skills;Ability to solve customer problems;Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving SMB needs, helping clients grow their business on the advertising platform;Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.International career in a multicultural environment;Training and familiarization phase;Investment in training and personal development;A wealth of opportunities to progress in your career;Opportunity to grow in a dynamic leading multinational company;Accommodation in a Teleperformance apartment;Refund of initial flight expenses;Annually complementary return flight to your home country (within Europe);Health Insurance since day one in the company;Free company events and activities.Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
