**Position** : Dutch Customer Service for Foot Locker M/F/x

With more than 2500 stores across the world, Foot Locker is the leading global athletic footwear and apparel retailer.
**-> Responsabilities**:
As a full-fledged member of the Foot Locker customer service, you will be responsible for handling the various customer inquiries, as well as for the delivery of the Sportswear Tips to the customer's satisfaction, assisting them with their purchases and configuring their account.
- **Part of your daily activities will be**_:
- Providing a reassuring, warm and customer-friendly service for
- Foot Locker clients in Dutch;
- Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock availability;
- Seize the opportunity to "shine" with each interaction, showing a strong interest in the customer, with a natural appetite for communication, by becoming aware of the services offered by
- Foot Locker an expert and a brand advocate.
**-> Profile**:
- Fluent in Dutch;
- Fluent in English - minimum B2 is mandatory;
- Great listening and communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Aptitude for problem-solving;
- Dynamism and team spirit;
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
- **Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)**;
**Offer**:

- Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
- Initial training during 10 working days
- Work schedule : 8h/day from Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm with 2 days off per week - rotating shift;
