.Field Coordinator (Project Lead)(f/m/d) Your contribute to a #zerodowntimefuture You'll be responsible to manage the planning, execution and post field work follow up for all Field Service Technicians that conduct field work regarding the installation, uninstallation, reinstallation of the Stratio Databox, our in-vehicle data collection unit, following internal processes. A key aspect of this role is coordination with all stakeholders, inside and outside of Stratio to ensure successful project execution and a happy customer. You will be part of our amazing Service team, who support our valued customers with all their post sales needs, installation, support & customer success. As Field Coordinator (Project Lead) you will Continuous activities: Create list of practices / procedures for preparing, executing and wrap-up field work, to create a quality standard, method and discipline and ensure 100% job completions in everything we do; Monitor and ensure compliance to Stratio procedures and quality standards; Provide support to field technicians, as needed; Manage implementation projects. Project Specific Activities: Support Fleet Validation process, creating project documentation and manage internal project tool (Jira) for the team and stakeholders; Review output from Materials Lead for each Project Plan; Provides time estimates for: Travel New Vehicle Support Installations Replacements Additional Tasks Identify skills / field person for each project and allocate person(s), managing the team allocation and calendar organisation / optimisation; This includes coordination and assignment with other stakeholders involved in project implementation; Coordinate with allnecessary people internally and externally (Customer and/or Suppliers) to book in dates for each job / project; Make status of projects accessible and intelligible for anyone to consult; Provide local (PT) support in the field should the demand arise - Expected to happen sporadically. This is what we believe is needed for this role Experience in project or field operations coordination, or a related role; Experience in resource allocation for various project tasks and for different projects; Strong organizational skills for managing team allocation and calendar optimization; Uses company budget and team resources efficiently; An obsession for detail whilst being pragmatic; Ability to communicateand coordinate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to handle unforeseen challenges and provide practical solutions; Great level of autonomy and ability to work under pressure, navigating the complexities of running 30+ projects in multiple stages of their lifecycle; Fluency in English; Driver's license; Flexibility to travel abroad
