Job Description What does it feel like to be a Service Desk Operator in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As a Service Desk Operator you will:
Manage Incidents: Log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, resolve, escalate, and close incidents while maintaining ownership and communication.Provide Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Windows environments, common desktop software, hardware, automated software distribution, telephony, video conferencing, and mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Microsoft Surface Pro).Manage Logging & Escalation Cases: Accurately log all incidents and requests, categorize and prioritize them appropriately, and escalate issues beyond their scope.Communicate with Professionalism: Ensure timely updates, maintain a professional attitude, and provide clear communication to customers throughout the resolution process.Support Coverage: May be required to provide after-hours and on-call support as needed.Provide Onsite & IMACD Support: Intervene at user locations and perform Install, Move, Add, Change, and Decommission (IMACD) tasks.Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role:
