Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Brussels, Belgium.
This role requires EU citizenship and the ability to obtain EU clearance.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 (L1) ICT support to users via telephone, email, ticketing systems, walk-in IT kiosk, and other on-site user engagementsSupport additional Service Desk functions, including knowledge management, IT asset management, and continual service improvementManage and address incoming calls, tickets, walk-in queries, and emailsMaintain and update IT asset management records and systemsCreate, update, and manage information resources in Knowledge Management systemsContribute to the Continual Service Improvement processRequirementsProven IT Service Desk experience in enterprise environmentsStrong expertise in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office, and common enterprise desktop applicationsExperience with deployment and management of mobile computing solutions, including VPN access, remote connections, and WLANPerforming user administration in MS Active Directory and ExchangeConfiguring and troubleshooting Outlook in an MS Exchange environmentUtilizing IT Service Management systems (e.g., BMC Remedy)Operative use of ITIL frameworkFluent in English, both spoken and writtenPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSWorking knowledge of spoken FrenchITIL v4 certificationService Desk Analyst certificationExperience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutionsBenefitsIndefinite Contract from the startRelocation Support: Great relocation packageHealth Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for your well-beingHybrid Work Model: 2 days on-site, 3 days remoteContinuous Learning: Access to a Udemy Business subscription with thousands of workshops and coursesTeam Culture: Collaborative and innovative work environmentIf you meet the above criteria, submit your CV for consideration.
