Join us and be part of something extraordinaryCompliance Communication Specialist (m/f/d) Country/Region:  PTLocation:  Sao Domingos de Rana, Lissabon, PT, 2785-723About the Team:We are looking for a new colleague to join the Corporate Compliance Prevention Management team (GCCP) to support our compliance management system, providing strong support to our compliance systems with a focus on the compliance communication program. The position has global responsibilities. Open in multiple locations or possibly fully remote.What you can look forward to as Compliance Communication Specialist (m/f/d):Design and implement a formal compliance communication strategy that includes creation and roll out of compliance contentResearch and write content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters, as well as ZF group reportsWork with key internal stakeholders to align on and develop content ideas and communication campaigns with the ultimate goal to strengthen the company compliance tone and cultureCoordinate with Divisions, Business Units, Corporate Functions, and other compliance personnel to ensure a uniform, aligned and sufficient level of compliance communication throughout the organizationInterface with functional groups inside and outside the compliance organization to ensure the compliance communication program – content and methods – meet legal and company objectivesContinuously monitor and improve the compliance communication programCommunication with other compliance functions and initiatives with the general objective to meet legal compliance standards and mitigate liability to the ZF Group, its entities and staff, including Executive ManagementSupport other compliance management system functions and initiatives with the general objective to meet legal compliance standards and mitigate liability to the ZF Group, its entities and staff, including Executive ManagementYour profile as Compliance Communication Specialist (m/f/d):Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years experience in communications strategy development, ideally with a focus on compliance, or comparable experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate legal concepts in plain, action-oriented languageExperience with adult learning methodologies and principles of instructional designStrong methodical approach, analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical judgment and an entrepreneurial mindsetBe part of our ZF team as Compliance Communication Specialist (m/f/d) and apply nowContactWhat does DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mean for ZF as a company?
