If you're a team player, ready to take on new challenges, and have the ambition to build innovative solutions for our organizers, More.Com invites you to join the adventureWhat you will doScout New Leads: Research and identify new opportunities in existing and new markets.Make Connections: Reach out to potential new clients, establish rapport, and set up meetings.Wow with Pitches: Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations that make an impact.Solve Problems: Understand client needs and offer creative, tailored solutions.Seal the Deal: Negotiate with potential clients to achieve win-win agreements.Innovate: Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product development.Stay Ahead: Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks.Build Relationships: Create positive, lasting relationships with new clients.RequirementsExperience: 3-5 years in sales and business development, with a knack for closing deals.Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, persuasive communication, and presentation abilities.Knowledge: Familiar with SaaS and productivity tools.Personality: A good listener, proactive, communicative, and hands-on.
