DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an Onsite Project Moderator with idiomatic fluency in Portuguese to join our team for a new data collection project in Lisbon, Portugal. As our Onsite Moderator, you will be working out of our office in Lisbon, assisting and guiding participants for a new study involving an AI virtual assistant and ensuring the proper execution of study requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.
Role SummaryThe Onsite Project Moderator's primary responsibilities include moderating user sessions and providing updates to other members of the production team, as well as very basic troubleshooting of data collection technology. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills who are diligent, detail-oriented, and can work independently.
Work ResponsibilitiesUnderstand project provided documentation to assist participantsInteract with participants and lead them through data collection projectsAcknowledge and resolve participants' issues, escalate unsolved issuesCapture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goalUse Client tools to label/tag dataConvey session details to the Project Manager and Production teamCommunicate and coordinate with the project teamInteract with various hardware & softwareAssist in preparing a presentation deck for client security clearance, which may include: site visits, taking photos, testing bandwidth, and general security checks.Minimum RequirementsAvailable to work onsite in Lisbon, PortugalIdiomatic fluency in PortugueseAdvanced English language skillsAvailable for the duration of the projectStrong technical skills, especially with iOS and MacOSExcellent oral communication skills (Ability to lead a conversation with ease on different casual topics)Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solvingAble to work flexibly and adapt to changing scenariosPreferred Work RequirementsExperience in moderation, facilitation, or similar rolesDataForce by TransPerfect is part of the TransPerfect family of companies, the world's largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business, with offices in more than 100 cities worldwide.
