French or German speaking Human Resources Administrator
A global market-leading biopharmaceutical company is currently looking for a bilingual French or German speaking HR Associate to work within the HR Department based in Stockley Park. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding the internal HR systems and act as a subject matter expert for the French or German market. This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract that will require you to work from the office in Stockley Park 3 days per week and 2 days from home.
Contract: 6 FTC with 6/01/2025 to 05/07/2025
Location: Uxbridge, London - hybrid 3 days onsite required (Tues-Thurs) 2 days WFH
Pay: up to £21 p/h - approx. £41k per year DoE
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in HR field required or appropriate HR qualification.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who is always willing to go the extra mile. To be successful in this role, it is essential for you to have previous experience working in an HR function, ideally in Shared Services settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in the pharmaceutical industry to join a company engaged in the development of therapies for life-threatening diseases.
Profile:
Fluent in French or German and English, both written and spoken
Substantial experience in HR or HR Shared Services
Proficiency in utilising HR Systems, particularly Workday's Data Management features
Essential proficiency in verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications
Desirable experience with case management tools, notably ServiceNow
At least two years of experience managing HR inquiries
HR Qualification advantageous (not mandatory)
