The all-in-one Blended Learning platformRise Up enables companies to create and manage 100% of their training.E-learning, face-to-face training and mobile learning come together naturally on a single, multilingual platform.Join the multicultural team of a fast-growing companyWe are a dynamic and fast-growing startup in the HRTech industry, specializing in the development of Rise Up, a Learning Management System.Our platform revolutionizes the way organizations manage their training and development programs, with a strong emphasis on blended learning.With pillars such as personalization of learning and learning in the flow of work, Rise Up empowers our clients to deliver highly effective and engaging learning experiences.What Will Rise Up Offer You?Immerse yourself in the heart of innovation with Rise Up's Blended Learning Platform.Your journey here is more than a job – it's a chance to shape the future and contribute to a dynamic company.Our remote-friendly environment fosters work-life balance, while our competitive salary and benefits, including Alan Health Care insurance and Swile meal tickets, reflect our commitment to your well-being.As part of our inclusive and collaborative team, you'll experience a narrative of growth and celebration.Fuel your creativity at our unlimited snack bar, engage in team-building activities in Paris, and participate in international conferences as we expand globally.Choose Rise Up for a career that's both impactful and fulfilling, where every day is an opportunity to make a difference.About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our SaaS LMS platform.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing user-centric products, a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Work with the Product Manager, UX Designer and the entire product team and development team to define the best solution in the interface to match the user need, using the analysis of the need and wireframes made by the UX designer.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.Review the developments to make sure that they fit the mock-ups defined.Contribute to the construction of the Design System according to the needs and the evolution of trends in interface design.Guarantee the respect of the Design System with the Design System team and the developers.Contribute to the improvement of our "Think, Learn, Design" discovery method, by discussing potential evolutions with the CPO and Product Manager.Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the platform.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and innovation of our UI designs.What You'll Bring To The Team: 5+ years of experience in UI design, preferably with a focus on SaaS or e-learning platforms.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, with examples of web and mobile applications.Master design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.Successful experience in creating a Design system, in collaboration with technical and product teams.Have a vision of interface trends and a creative vision while adapting it to the Rise Up Design System.Good spoken and written English Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.Be a good team player.Be demanding and always put quality first, have critical thinking.Be proactive, dynamic and very organized.
