O Grupo Feel, começa a dar os seus primeiros passos em 2009, com a ambição de fazer com que todas as experiências sejam inesquecíveis. Após 14 anos de existência, o Grupo é composto por 6 empresas com áreas de atuação que vão desde mobilidade, passeios náuticos, espaços de trabalho, não descorando o alojamento turístico, atualmente dividido entre cidade e natureza.
Apoiados num crescimento sustentado e expansão do grupo para outras geografias, estamos à procura de um(a) Sales Account Manager - Estágio Profissional para se juntar à nossa equipa.
As tuas funções principais:
· Resposta a pedidos de reserva;
· Elaboração de orçamentos;
· Seguimento de pedidos de informação;
· Elaboração de check-profile dos hóspedes;
· Angariação de clientes B2B;
· Acompanhamento do segmento Corporate;
· Relação com agências.
O que precisas de ter?
· Domínio do Inglês (obrigatório), Espanhol e Francês (preferencial);
· Formação na Área Financeira (Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou equivalente);
· Domínio das ferramentas do Office 365;
· Forte vertente comercial;
· Boa capacidade de comunicação;
· Elegível para estágio Profissional IEFP, nível ou VI ou VII.
