Brand Expert for Spotify – Spanish speakerTeleperformance is recruiting a Sales development agent to work with our client Spotify. In this role you will be supporting the sales team in pitching brand marketing / brand awareness campaigns to top brands and large agencies in your assigned market, setting direction for sales and account management teams and influence stakeholders to ensure products, services and marketing programs meet the needs of this segment.

What you'll doEducating and coaching Sales Reps and Account Managers with expertise on how to position Ads against Radio Ads / TV Ads and Ads as part of the marketing mix / digital Ads;Go into client meetings together with Sales Reps and Account Managers as an expert and convince thorough expertise about brand marketing;Identify segment expectations, behaviors and attitudes to develop initiatives that ensure that the customer's experience delivers on the client's brand;Identify strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet the needs of the market segment;Support AGENCIES in their approach to brand clients and be an enabler for agencies to sell our client's inventory;Joins Agency pitches and presentations as a SME / Expert;Contribute to making our client a priority for marketing budget decision makers.What you'll needFluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – B2 Level;2-3 years of working experience in an international marketing agency with focus on brand awareness / brand marketing campaigns;Led / built brand marketing campaigns for large clients;Know how a marketing / digital agency works, buys and sells;knowledge about TV, Radio or Digital Audio Advertising;Have proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and relationship management experience;Can explain complex stuff in simple sentences that anyone can understand and enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise and a spark.International career in a multicultural environment;Training and familiarization phase;Opportunity to grow in a multinational company;Accommodation in a Teleperformance apartment;Refund of initial flight expenses;Free annual flight to the homeland;Health Insurance since day one in the company;Free Portuguese language courses, surfing, soft trekking and much more.Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
