randstad SSC is the Randstad area specialized in Shared service centersOur client is a multinational company, leader in its sector and they are recruting an AR profile.responsabilidades chaveYour role:Maintaining Accounts Receivable ledgerMatching of incoming paymentsResolving mismatches and handling inquiriesPreparing Accounts Receivable reportingAnalyze customer account balances and processing collectionsManaging and processing disputes and deductionsCorresponding and negotiating with customersManaging write-offs and provisionsSME for particular process activitiesProactive resolution of day-to-day issues and escalate service incidents to Team LeadAssists in implementation of activities to streamline and standardize operations, including operational metricscompetênciasIf you have:Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable work experience requiredDeep understanding of Accounts Receivable processes; ideally knowledge in P2P processExperience in multiple transitions of work from one part of the organization to anotherDemonstrated ability to work on and own initiativesAssess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisionsSelf-reliance and ability to escalate appropriatelyStrong organizational skills, be open minded and receptive to changeDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and oral English, French or German.US GAAP experience preferredprincipais benefíciosYou will have a great opportunity to be part of a multiculture environment, a variety of challenges, working with internal clients, that will suport you during your journey.
