We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Infrastructure Team, being responsible for leading work on- term programs that have an impact on the entire company.What you'll be doing:Develop and implement project/program management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.Manage complex projects/programs from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.Lead and manage- functional teams, providing guidance and support on best practices and project/program management methodologies.Monitor and report on project/program progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.Ensure that project/program deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business goals and objectives.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and vendors.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.What you need to have:Proven experience in project management in technical/cross-functional projects.Solid understanding of the fundamentals of agile software development and software development practices.Keen product sense. critical thinking and a- oriented mindset.Ability to learn and get a working understanding of complex topics.Proficiency in communicating and discussing complex topics with both technical and- technical stakeholders.Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, adapting to evolving project requirements and challenges.Willingness and ability to wear multiple hats and collaborate effectively to reach common goals.What we would love to see:Background in Engineering or Management.Experience working with Agile methodologies, such Scrum.To ensure you feel good solving a big Human problem, we offer:The opportunity to make a real human impact on millions of people, and have a blast doing it;A bright future at a promising- tech startup company where you can add real value to an innovative solution;A stimulating,- paced environment with lots of room for creativity;Career development and growth, with a competitive salary;The opportunity to work with a talented team and to add real value to an innovative solution with the potential to change the future of healthcare;A stimulating environment with room for creativity - a- paced, fun, and energetic startup;A flexible environment where you can control your hours (remotely) with unlimited vacation;Access to our health and- being program (digital therapist sessions);Remote or hybrid policy for candidates based in Portugal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
