Job Description About Connect Now Property: Connect Now Property is a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate platform that aims to transform how buyers, sellers, and agents connect.
We are excited to introduce a new real estate portal that promises to streamline the listing and buying process with cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach.
As we expand, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team and help us grow our listings and network.
Position Overview: We are looking for a Commission-Based Real Estate Listing Manager to take ownership of managing and growing property listings on our new real estate portal.
This role will require someone who is self-driven, organized, and experienced in managing property listings.
You will be responsible for onboarding real estate agents, ensuring listings are accurate and up-to-date, and creating engaging content that showcases properties in the best light.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Property Listings: Onboard real estate agents and ensure properties are listed accurately, including high-quality photos, descriptions, and pricing.
Content Creation: Craft compelling, SEO-friendly listing descriptions and ensure each listing is complete and visually appealing.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for real estate agents and clients, offering guidance and support for listing submissions.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, pricing, and local property information to advise clients and maintain the competitiveness of listings.
Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure all listings are up-to-date and remove outdated or irrelevant content.
Sales & Networking: Work to grow the number of listings on the platform by proactively reaching out to real estate agents, building relationships, and offering incentives for new listings.
Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate (either as an agent, listing manager, or similar role).
Strong understanding of real estate portals and how listings function.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Familiarity with SEO practices and digital marketing is a plus.
Experience with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) platforms is a plus.
Fluent in Portuguese & English  Valid Portugal Real Estate License  Benefits Compensation: This is a commission-based role, with earnings tied directly to the success of your listings.
You will receive a competitive commission on each property listed and sold through the platform.
