To support our growth and capital deployment stream, we are seeking a skilled Accounting Technician. Key responsibilities include:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and Primavera software
• Preparing reports for CMVM regarding real estate funds
• Preparing fiscal declarations for various types of companies (regulated and non-regulated)
• Registering operations for SPVs under management (non-regulated companies)
• Providing information for financial models and business plans
• Registering stamp tax on lease agreements
• Preparing maps of outstanding rents
• Registering invoices, receipts, and payments to suppliers
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management, or Finance, with at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Primavera software is a plus. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm, and willingness to work as part of a team. Additionally, the individual should be autonomous, have initiative, and be entrepreneurial and result-driven. Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary, as well as written and oral skills in English.
