About the Company

We are part of Arrow Global, incorporated in 2005, which was recently acquired by TDR Capital, a European private equity firm. Our mission is to create better financial futures through the junction of our high-performance team and corporate culture of excellence, meritocracy, and cooperation.

Due to our continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, we intend to select an In-House Lawyer.

Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide legal advice and support on matters related to Financial Law and Governance, Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, and other areas of expertise. Key tasks include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
  • Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing clear and precise legal opinions
  • Monitoring legislative developments and ensuring implementation of new rules and regulations
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external legal teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A law degree with a valid registration in the Portuguese Bar Association
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-internship experience as a lawyer in relevant areas
  • In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese legal system and its respective practice areas
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent ability to analyze and interpret legislation
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • High sense of responsibility and professional ethics
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Benefits and Perks

This is a full-time position, with a hybrid schedule that includes working from home (2-3 days per week). We estimate the salary to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
