Come join us Your mission will be… Manage internal and external lease documents within Siemens' corporate real estate management tool;Track and process space occupancy change requests across Siemens' global offices and industrial sites;Oversee periodic invoicing of real estate lease agreements and monitor financial transactions;Handle additional invoicing for real estate variable services and ensure financial accuracy;Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports aligned with stakeholders' needs;Provide critical support by handling queries and ensuring seamless communication with real estate partners;Gain in-depth knowledge of Siemens' corporate real estate processes, working with diverse teams to harmonize and improve workflows;We are looking for someone with… Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus
);Willingness to travel occasionally if required;Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What you can expect from us… A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
