.At Mindera, we craft software with people we love. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Lead to join our team and lead our talented engineers. As an Engineering Manager at Mindera, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them reach their full potential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project goals, requirements, and timelines. As an Engineering Manager at Mindera, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and practices, driving excellence and efficiency across the team. The role will lead a team of engineers including test engineers.
