.Machine Learning Engineer - Lisbon Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join one of the world's most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry. Our Client is the owner of prestigious Maisons distinguished by their craftsmanship, creativity, and technological innovation. Our Client's ambition is to nurture the unique heritage and values of its Maisons and businesses, while enabling them to grow and prosper in a responsible, sustainable manner over the long term. To leverage Lisbon's tech spirit and infuse it into its brand-new Tech Competence Centre, our Client is looking to reinforce its technical capabilities on state-of-the-art technology and respond to the growth of their business. Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated in the core technology workforce. They look forward to welcoming their TCC employees and onboarding them on an exciting adventure managing modern solutions and innovative technologies through global, scaled platforms to create business value with pace and agility. Responsibilities Develop components of the analytics and machine learning platform, including: infrastructure modules, reusable components for AI/Analytics applications or architecture templates. Industrialize, maintain and improve AI and analytics solutions in Google Cloud Platform. Manage the infrastructure with special focus on reliance, security and scalability. Partner with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure & Data Engineers for the project delivery. Academic Background Graduate in Master program in Engineering, Data Science, or related fields or equivalent professional experience Skills & Experience Proficient in Python programming & SQL (5 years or more) Practical experience in MLOPs (3-5 years or more). Professional experience in Google Cloud Platform (2 years +). Practical experience with infrastructure as a code, ideally Terraform (1 years+). Knowledge of Data Engineering principles. Knowledge of REST API and microservices. Experience in Vertex AI and DBT is a plus. English is a must. Desired Personal Skills A dynamic, innovative & pragmatic mindset to problem solving, and an ability to think critically and objectively, both independently & within a team Proactive, curious and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and always on the look to improve the current solutions Strong communication skills, English is a must, ease to collaborate in multicultural and multifunctional environments Interview Process Our team will actively review all applications.
