Key Details Training Start Date: 6/Feb/25
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
Sunday and one rotational day off per week.
Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests.Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. What We're Looking For Languages: Proficient in French (C1/native) and English (B2).Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 895 gross/month (14 months).Performance Bonus: 100 gross/month (12 months).Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (1,908.72 per annum).Transport Allowance: 20/month (240 per annum).Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
