Role SummaryThe Invoice processing Lead is responsible for receiving and capturing invoices and payment requests (advance payment memos), match invoices with PO and validate invoices without PO.
The person is also required to oversee the payments processing, employee expense management and accounts payable closing and reporting activities within STG.

Your primary tasks will be:Leadership And DevelopmentRegularly assessing team performance and providing effective mentorship to the procurement specialists within the teamPromoting a collaborative and supportive work culture to enhance teamwork and productivityEstablish working relationships and ensure seamless collaboration with cross functional internal stakeholders (RTR team, MDM team, legal team) and external third parties (e.g., auditors, suppliers, etc.
)Communication of updates, issues and problems related to contracting and procurement to RTR solution leadOperational ResponsibilitiesEnsure on-time processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses and paymentsProvide advisory in the exception management of invoices & paymentsEnsure that invoice and expense reimbursement processing activities are in line with STG company policiesPro-actively drive and improve the level of vendor analytics and performance reportingManage timely and accurate closure of the accounts payable subledger to maintain up-to-date financial recordsEnsure vendor query resolution is performed to high standards, within reasonable timeframes, and with the user satisfaction in mindPerformance & EfficiencyMonitor performance of applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) pertaining to efficiency and effectiveness (Invoice, payments & close related)Continuously evaluate and work with RTR Solution Lead to improve the efficiency of accounts payable processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity of the teamYour areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):Preferred Educational Requirements – Bachelors / Masters in Business / Finance or CMA or ACCA or CPATotal relevant experience of 3- 5 yearsStrong business understanding & expertise in accounts payable processesWorking experience in GBS / SSC environmentKnowledge of SAP 4 HANA – Finance moduleAppreciation of emerging / digital technologies in AP areaFinancial accounting & reporting knowledgeStrong analytical, decision making & problem-solving skillsHow To ApplyIf you are ready to be a part of our exciting journey at STG, please, apply by including your resume and highlighting your experience, as well as any other relevant information you would like to share with us.
