Our multicultural and multilingual team has a wealth of experience in the prominent European countries offering citizenship and residency through investment programmes.#THEROLEPart of the Goldcrest division, the responsibilities of the Case Executive will cover both Real Estate and Rental / Concierge services' clients; and will include identifying private clients' needs in advance and explain all process to the Client, being a trusted partner along the way.
As an onboarding specialist must have excellent communication skills, be organised and detail-oriented and will be passionate about customer service.#THECHALLENGEGuide in supporting new clients through processes of Goldcrest onboarding, according to the service(s) assigned.Request documents for all mandatory local procedures.Review clients' optionsSubmit data and information, update internal communication portals and keep updated regarding the status of processes.Keep Clients on the loop at all stages of the process briefing them on all pertinent matters.Develop a thorough understanding of the Company service offerings to better inform and assure the client.Coordination of real estate transactions: assisting in the operations, including documents preparation, keeping up with deadlines, communications with lawyers, and other third parties involved in the process of buying and selling properties and deals invoicing.CRM maintenance and team tools: guarantee that all used tools by the team are fully updated and properly functioning.
Manage software updates, solve technical problems and contact providers to get support, if needed.
Offer support and trainingto the team, if needed.Seek other vendors' relationships for improved client managementBilling support.Marketing and advertising: help to create and implement marketing and advertisingstrategies, update of listings in real estate sites and portals.Client service: be a point of contact for clients, being able to answer basic inquiries and giving general support to the client, plus being available to go on visits to properties, deeds and contracts signature.Reporting.#ABOUTYOUHigh level of English, written and spoken.Ability to adapt, interact and manage with different types of individuals from differentiated cultures.Ability to design and implement adequate consulting strategies for each process stage.Strong verbal and written communication.Good interpersonal skills.Working knowhow of local administrative framework.Strong eye for detail and troubleshooting attitude.Ability to take/provide constructive and positive feedback.Skilled in communicating effectively in writing, using audience-appropriate language and terminology and with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organisation
