THE JOB
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production Support for an international project in the banks sector.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Support, Incident, Problem and Change management - ability to provide updates and foster data quality within scope; manage priorities; act on crisis and pressurable environment; autonomous on dealing with BAU; further develop and achieve resolutions via problem solving capabilities; ability to act quickly, pro-actively and preventively to avoid future incidents.
Steer the entire Production and coordinate all the people involved and contributors (stakeholders). It coordinates the action of the technical entities and ensures the client relationship with the BP2S Business and its IT.
Ensure all knowledge is captured in a knowledge base.
Efforts to improve on scope and use all technologies to further consolidate stability inside Production; look for all opportunities to automate all manual workload.
It contributes to the deployment in the business and production teams of new working tools and methods such as Devops/Agility/Move2Cloud.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
IT knowledge (Ansible, Linux, SQL, Jenkins, Cloud, Kubernetes, monitoring/ Dynatrace)
Have an Agile & DevOps culture; possess knowledge on best-practices within ITIL framework
Appetite for new technologies and technology watch. Improvements on existing techs and processes
Communication Capacity
Organization
Autonomous; Capacity to take initiative and make decisions
