Role Description: As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Care Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for our French-speaking customers around the world, ensuring they receive top-tier support and an excellent shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong customer service skills, empathy, and effective communication in both French and English.
While previous experience in customer care is a plus, it is not mandatory.
