Crimson Education is a Series C, global EdTech startup founded in 2013 with the idea that through personalized education and technology, we can transform students into the world leaders of tomorrow. We're now in 29 markets and have an ambitious team that's rapidly expanding across the globe. Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or from one of our many offices around the world.
What are the main responsibilities? Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders through the recruitment process and empower them to make successful hiresImprove and advise on current recruitment 'best practice'Lead end to end recruitment of roles; drafting adverts, sourcing, culture interviews and other recruitment activities.Providing project management support for any recruitment based programs.Proactive improvement of our employment brand in the marketManage our ATS platform and maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input dataThe ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.
What skills and experience are required? 1+ year in recruitment (must be in-house recruitment)High learning agility and the ability to work with stakeholders from around the globePassion for high growth companies and building a strong cultureStrong customer service orientation; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tactHighly-organised with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervisionAbility to work with a variety of stakeholders across time zonesUnderstanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including MS Office Suite, Google and HRIS/Recruitment platformsWhy work for Crimson?
