This role offers great development and the opportunity to support several business units.You will be part of a strong and dedicated HR community as well as the global talent acquisition team, helping Convatec to build an inclusive culture, finding the best diverse talent for our key vacancies.Key Responsibilities:Covering Service Now tickets for Talent Acquisition queries or incidents; Screening applications and delivering a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of communication and delivering timely feedback; Shortlisting CVs for your hiring managers, to support hiring the best diverse talent; Coordinating the selection process from interviews and assessments to feedback; Processing the job offers for our successful candidates in our HRIS system, Workday; Raising POs for recruitment activities in SAP; Maintain accurate candidate data in all recruitment systems and proactively generate recruitment reports. Analyse reports, data and talent insights to inform recruitment strategies; Develop and implement highly effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles utilizing job boards, social media, networking and other advanced search methods; Management of the TA newsletter
