The company is
seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Helpdesk Coordinator to join their
dynamic IT Operations team. This role involves managing a service/team,
providing top-notch technical support, and ensuring seamless service delivery
across all IT helpdesk operations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
a related field.
• Experience in providing IT helpdesk support and team management,
preferably in an academic or educational environment.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles and
experience using ticketing systems to track and manage support requests.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom,
common software applications, and network infrastructure.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technologies
are a plus.
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain
technical concepts to non-technical users effectively, both in English and
Portuguese (Portugal).
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and
resolve complex IT issues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support
when necessary.
