Descrição da Função Caracterização do cliente: A Pharmaplanet é um laboratório farmacêutico, mas também uma empresa que presta serviços especializados em áreas científicas e comerciais. Procuramos Technical Service Engineer para integrar projeto em cliente do setor da saúde em Sintra. Descrição de funções: Prestar suporte técnico no local a clientes. Diagnosticar as avarias de equipamentos representados. Realizar controlos de qualidade dos equipamentos reparados/revistos. Garantir o cumprimento dos SLA's dos contratos de manutenção. Colaborar com outras equipas internas para garantir a resolução rápida e eficaz de problemas técnicos. Assegurar o registo das atividades executadas no campo e apoiar na elaboração do report de atividades do departamento. Gerir a comunicação com os clientes para garantir a satisfação e a resolução de problemas. Requisitos: Formação superior em Engenharia ou área relacionada. Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em electromedicina. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação. Fortes habilidades organizacionais e capacidade de gerir prioridades. Orientação para a satisfação do cliente e resolução de problemas. Disponibilidade para viajar, nacional e internacionalmente, quando necessário. Fluência em espanhol (preferencial) e inglês (obrigatório). Oferta: Contrato de trabalho direto com o cliente; VB + Subsídio de Alimentação + Prémio variável; Viatura + ferramentas profissionais.
