Tasks:Enroll in our ongoing product and process development & optimization projects.Work with pilot-scale bioreactors, upstream and downstream equipment and utilities.Plan trials, prepare materials, and ensure proper sterilization.Conduct in-process control during fermentation trials and downstream processes.Perform process sampling and support IPC lab analytics.Adhere to and suggest improvements for existing SOPs and guidelines.Follow and ensure equipment cleaning, verification, maintenance, and calibration plans.Ensure full process traceability, including maintaining detailed trial records and logs.Requirements:Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biochemical or Bioprocess Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the biotechnology field (proven working or academic experience is also accepted).Strong understanding of bioreactor fermentation process design and operation.Proficiency in controlling project timelines and ensuring timely completion of bioprocessing projects.
