Our client is located in over 50 countries with over 100,000 employees.Job DescriptionAs a technical support agent, your job, together with your team, is to help users with sales, general inquiries, and technical support questions via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels. You must have the ability to customize the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/message channels) and public (social, forums, e-commerce reviews) channels. Employers must also pay employees a meal allowance for each working day.
