O nosso cliente é uma empresa que detém vários Boutique Hotéis. Descriçao da oferta O nosso cliente é uma empresa que detém vários Boutique Hotéis que se encontra a contratar um Revenue Manager para as suas instalações na zona do Porto.
Principais responsabilidades Este profissional ficará responsável pela gestão de tarifas, seja através da análise de concorrência ou do controlo da evolução da área na região geográfica das unidades. As suas principais responsabilidades serão:
Aumentar a rentabilidade de cada unidade; Maximizar o crescimento da revenue através da otimização de preços; Analisar a oferta e procura de forma a conseguir os melhores preços; Fazer a gestão de preços através do contacto com outros departamentos como marketing, operações, finanças e IT; Otimizar os períodos de elevada procura e estimular as épocas baixas; Definir e implementar a melhor estratégia a longo prazo com base nos indicadores de procura, reservas, custos, entre outros. Perfil desejado O candidato ideal deverá ter o seguinte perfil:
Background académico na área de hotelaria e/ou gestão; Experiência em funções de reservas e/ou revenue na área de hotelaria; Contacto com várias unidades (preferencial); Fluência da língua inglesa (obrigatório), sendo que o espanhol será um plus; Contacto com STR, Demand 360, Lighthouse, etc Capacidade de rigor e organização; Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
